Briefly: U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg confirmed that President Joe Biden's proposal to reschedule marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III will not change drug testing policies for commercial trucker drivers.

So: Buttigieg also acknowledged that any impaired driving, whether from alcohol, marijuana or other substances, is a significant safety concern and that they were continuously evaluating the potential indirect impacts of rescheduling marijuana.
