Good Morning and Happy Monday! Nicolás Rodríguez and Patricio Liddle here, kicking off your week with the latest news in cannabis: Cansortium’s (OTC: CNTMF) impressive 12% revenue surge and upcoming merger with RIV Capital (OTC: CNPOF), plus strategic plays by High Tide (NASDAQ: HITI) and POSaBIT Systems (OTC: POSAF). These financial moves are key to driving shareholder value, keeping you ahead of the curve and ready to seize new opportunities.

Minnesota's cannabis market is heating up, but out-of-state applicants are muscling in, sparking fears local entrepreneurs might be left behind. With no residency requirements and fierce competition, staying ahead will be a challenge.
Ohio's booming cannabis sales are drawing buyers away from Michigan, putting its dispensaries at risk. With Ohio's market rapidly expanding, Michigan’s cannabis industry could see a significant drop in out-of-state customers and revenue. The rivalry just got real.
